I'm nš 5, and I will only start when I get an adjacent tile, because I'm out of ideias, and I dont know if it should be desert or green themed.  :-\ Also, Kaczor putted a river there (17), so I don't know if I'll start that river, or let nš 12 do the river instead of me.

Tile 24:

I'm not sure how well mine integrates with the tile above - it had a line of lighter colours along the edge, which means there's a visible seam.
I added some sticking out bits of a metal framework to try and suggest that it's all held together, but I'm not sure how well it works.
Any C+C welcome.

Ah, ill fix that too. i have a lot of work to do..  :o

Snake, as I see it there's no need to add water to your tile. You may discuss the desert/grass transit with Souly, tho.
I can even add a bit of coast in my tile's corner, so you don't have to adapt your tile, seeing how it's pretty great and all.  :P

I got a crit, the perspective is looking a little off. The top of the objects should be more visible in this isometric perspective, but what you are giving is almost a straight-on view.

Also I would suggest using a little more dark brown, it might occult the difference between tiles.... just try it out, might work

our internet crapped out, for a while, but i did manage to fix the perspective problem. I think. didn't get a chance to do the dark browns, because i didn't have time.. maybe ill try next time.

Dither on a UFO of that size makes no sense to me.
I think your approach to shading was much better in the previous version.
Also, the top (glass) is pillow-shaded.

Nuts, I guess I missed my chance. Serves me for not posting here more often. I don't suppose anyone with multiple tiles reserved would like to give up a few? I'd like to contribute at least one tile, as would one of my co-workers. If not, any chance we could extend the layout a few blocks due to popular demand? :)

There should be a deadline for reserved tiles. If not WIP:ed within a week or so the tile should be up for grabs again.

Yummy, I love how this is all coming together.

Here's a little update on tile number 8 to adjust for the insane(in a good way) level of detail everyone's doing. :)
Also in the image below is tile number 50, which was a lot of fun and a challenge to do to make it connect nicely to the neighbor tiles.

Well, I threw together a WIP, so no one can go and claim my tiles while I'm on holiday.
I seriously can not see what I did with the colours on this monitor, it's way brighter than my own.
My eyes hurt.



Anyway, I plan to have the ice transition into a tree or something nature-like that symbolises spring. Or something.

get Cosmigo ProMotion, even the free trial version beats the crap out of any other available pixeling software!

I'd pay those $30 for the registered version, it's *really* worth it, but in a few months I've got pretty low on cash. . . and now I'm trying to save for a Camaro! ;]

edit: ah, so Pixel is a Mac software. . . whoops! ;)

Zenobia: Don't forget to give the person who has tile 4 something to work with. You can also put the castle a bit higher and give it some more foundation underneath. It's no problem if you pixel into they grey void quite a bit, since your tiles are border tiles.

About the deadline for tiles, I might warn people if there is no movement on this for quite some time and perhaps free tiles in that case. We'll see. I hope eveyone finishes theirs in a timely fashion :)
